单元生产下劳动分工与团队生产的组合策略

The Portfolio Strategy of Labor-Sharing and Team Production Based on Cell Production

摘要 单元生产是多品种小批量模式下能柔性适应的方式之一,在U型设备布置下存在操作工技能多样化要求与团队协作导致整体效率下降的两种困境.运用概率论的工具分析劳动分工与"搭便车"对单元生产的团队技能的影响,建立分层的目标管理模式与重新组建的岗位配置方式,实施委托代理的监督机制,根据测评系统下团队成员的绩效行为在薪酬上的体现差异化,提高单元生产团队的劳动效率. The cell production is one of ways that Multi-species and Small-quantities mode can flexibly adapt to, there are two dilemma under the U-shaped arrangement ,which are operator skill diversification requirements and team product lead to the overall decline in efficiency. Analysing the influence of division of labors and "free riders"to the team skills of unit production by probability theory, establishi a layered target management model and rebuild post configuration mode,implemente the supervision mechanism of the principal- agent.According to the differences on payments affected by performance behavior of team- mates under the evaluation system, the performances of the cell production teammates are promoted and efficiency is improved.
