摘要
通过对日本企业推进单元化生产方式的深入研究,结合工厂推进单元化生产实际,对单元化生产方式提出了9项量化评价指标,企业在推进单元化生产的过程中,通过使用这些指标,能够容易的对推进状况进行量化评价和管理。
Based on the research of cell production system carried out in Japan factories, combined with China situation,The paper brings forward firstly 9 quantified evaluation index of cell production, when implementing cell production system enterprises can evaluate and manage them easily by using these index.
