摘要
本文报导了近期光学玻璃零件在抛光过程中表面稳定性研究概况,文中从玻璃的腐蚀机理出发,分析了光学玻璃零件在抛光过程中产生腐蚀的原因,提出了解决光学玻璃零件在抛光过程中表面稳定性的方法。
The article described a survey on the research of surfact stability of optical elements in the present-day polishing operation and indicates a dependable way of solring this problem, based on the analysing the corrosion reasons of optical glasses.
