5种杀菌剂对短短小芽孢杆菌TW-2菌体及芽孢的影响 被引量:2

摘要 采用平皿计数法和抑菌圈法研究了5种化学杀菌剂(春雷霉素、三环唑、戊唑醇、稻瘟酰胺和咪鲜胺)对稻瘟病生防菌短短小芽孢杆菌Tw-2菌株(Bacilluspumilus)菌体和芽孢存活的影响。结果表明:供试的5种化学杀菌剂在高浓度下(2000rag/L)可以完全抑制短短小芽孢杆菌Tw-2菌株菌体和芽孢的存活,而低浓度下(0.32-8.00mg/L)对菌体和芽孢的存活影响较小;在5种化学杀菌剂中春雷霉素对短短小芽孢杆菌Tw.2菌株菌体和芽孢存活影响最大,其次依次是咪鲜胺、三环唑、戊唑醇、稻瘟酰胺。研究结果显示:稻瘟病生防菌短短小芽孢杆菌Tw-2菌与供试的5种化学杀菌剂分别混用防治稻瘟病,这5种杀菌剂的浓度应在0.32mg/L以下,否则会影响生防菌的效果。 Effects of 5 chemical fungicides on survival of thalli and spores of Bacillus pumilus TW-2 strain were investigated by plate count and inhibition zone methods. The results revealed that the 5 chemical fungicides could completely inhibit their survival at a high concentration(2 000 mg/L) but have a less effect on their survival at a low concentration(0.32- 8.00 mg/L). The descending order in inhibiting effects of the 5 chemical fungicides was kasugamycin, prochloraz, tricyclazole, tebuconazole and fenoxanil. The investigation also showed that if B. pumilus TW-2 strain and one of the 5 chemical fungicides were used together to control rice blast, the fungicide should be at a low concentration (0.32 mg/L or less),otherwise the effect of B. pumilus TW-2 strain would be less.
