短短小芽孢杆菌TW-2菌株对水稻穗颈瘟的防治效果 被引量:7

摘要 [目的]探讨生物农药的防治原理,寻找防治稻瘟病的新方法。[方法]采用系列稀释平板法测定生防菌TW-2对水稻稻瘟病菌的菌丝生长的抑菌活力,计算生防菌的抑菌活力回归方程式、EC50值和相对毒力。[结果]生防菌TW-2对田间水稻穗期的穗颈瘟的防效在80%以上。[结论]生防菌TW-2对水稻稻瘟病菌具有强烈的抑制作用,对水稻稻瘟病具有较高的防治效果。 [ Objective] The study aimed to dlscuss the control theory of biological pesticides and fmd new methods to control blast. [ Method] The antimicrobial activity of bio-control agent TW-2 against mycelium growth of blast pathogen was determined by series diluting flat method and the regression equation of the antimicrobial activity, EC50 value and relative toxicity of bio-control agent were calculated. [ Result] The control effect of bio-control agent TW- 2 on the ear neck blast of field rice was over 80%. [ Conclusion] Bio-control agent TW-2 possessed strong inhibition on blast pathogen and good control effect on blast.
