摘要
目的:探讨可能影响切开复位钢板内固定手术治疗桡骨远端骨折的疗效因素。方法:回顾性分析采用切开复位钢板内固定治疗桡骨远端骨折随访资料完整的39例。临床疗效以Gartland和Werley腕关节评分标准评定,采用有序logistic回归分析。对可能影响疗效的因素:年龄、性别、骨折类型、内固定方式(锁定钢板或非锁定钢板)进行分析。结果:优22例、良11例、可4例、差2例。结论:桡骨远端骨折的手术治疗的疗效与性别、年龄无关(P>0.05),骨折的类型,内固定方式与疗效有关(P<0.05),锁定钢板与普通钢板相比,能取得更好的疗效,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。
Objective To analysis the influencing factors for the treatment results of distal radius f ractures by open reduction with internal plate fixation（ORIF）.Method To restrospectively analysis of clinical outcome of 39 cases of radius fractures by ORIF，of which were followed-up from Jan 2006 to Jun 2012.The treatment results was evaluate by Gartland/Werley Wrsit scoring system.Ordinal logistic regress was used to study the possible four factors for the treatment results，such as age，sex，type of fracture，methods of internal fixation （locking plate or nolocking plate fixation）.Results The Gartland/Werley scores were excellent in 22 cases，good in 11 cases，fair in 4 cases，poor in 2 cases.Age and sex were no relate to the treatment results （P〉0.05）.But types of fracture and methods of internal fixation were relate to the treatment results（P〈0.05）.The efficacy of locking plate fixation is significantly better than that of unlocking plate fixation（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Type of fracture and methods affect the treatment results of distal radius fractures.Locking plate has more advantage than unlocking plate in treatment.
