摘要
目的探讨锁定加压接骨板固定治疗桡骨远端骨折的适应证及临床效果。方法2008年6月～2011年12月对32例桡骨远端骨折采用掌、背侧入路或掌背侧双入路切开复位,锁定加压板内固定治疗。结果 32例患者均获随访,平均9.5(6～24)个月。骨折全部愈合。根据Dienst腕关节功能评价:优19例,良10例,可3例,优良率90.6%。结论采用掌背侧入路切开复位,锁定加压板固定治疗桡骨远端骨折能最大限度地达到骨折的解剖复位,恢复腕关节功能。
Abstract： Objective To investigate the adaptability and the clinical outcomes of locking compres- sion plate（LCP） fixation for fractures of distal radius. Methods From June 2008 to December 2011, 32 cases with distal radius fractures were treated with internal fixation with LCP through volar or dorsal ap- proach. Results Thirty-two cases were followed up for 6 to 24 months and the average time was 9.5 months. The X-ray pictures showed that unions had been achieved in all patients. According to Dienst wrist scoring system, there were 19 of excellent, 10 of good and 3 of fair. And the satisfactory rate was 90.6%. Conclusion The volar or dorsal fixation of LCP for distal radius fractures can achieve the maximum ana- tomic reduction and resume the function of wrist joints.
