摘要
目的探讨骨质疏松对手术治疗女性Colles骨折预后的影响。方法 2009年10月-2011年3月对42例Colles骨折的女性患者行手术切开内固定治疗。根据骨密度仪测量结果将患者分为两组:A组(骨质疏松组,平均T值为-2.5SD)包括24位患者,平均年龄为57.8岁;B组(非骨质疏松组平均T值为-0.6SD)包括18位患者,平均年龄为35.2岁。影像学评估采用Stewart改良的Sarmiento评分,腕关节功能评估采用Gartland-Werley功能评分、Krimmer腕关节评分以及DASH问卷调查表评价预后。结果通过影像学评分发现A组和B组间没有统计学意义(P>0.05),Gart-land-Werley功能评分、Krimmer腕关节评分、DASH问卷调查表在两组间有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手术切开内固定治疗骨质疏松和非骨质疏松的Colles骨折患者预后影像学表现无明显区别,骨质疏松对Colles骨折患者腕关节功能恢复有消极的影响。
Objective To investigate the prognosis effects of osteoporosis on the surgical treatment of women with Colles frac- tures. Methods Forty two cases of fracture with osteoporosis of Colles were treated with operation from October 2009 to March 2011. Patients were divided into 2 groups according to bone mineral density measured results;Group A patients had osteoporosis and a mean T-score of - 2, 5 SD including 24 patients and the average age was 57.8 years, Group B patients did not have osteo- porosis and had a T-score of -0.6 SD including 18 patients and the average age was 35.2 years. Radiological results were evalu- ated according to the improved Sarmiento score, and wrist function was assessed using the Gartland and Werley score, the Krimmer scoring system, and the DASH scoring system. Results According to the radiological evaluation, there was no statistically signifi- cant difference between Group A and B （P 〉 0.05 ）. However, a statistically significant difference was found between Group A and B according to the Gartland and Wer｜ey score, the Krimmer scoring system and DASH scoring system （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion There was no radiological difference between the osteoporotic and non-osteoporotic patients with Colles fractures treated with sur- gical. However, osteoporosis had a negative effect on Colles fracture functional recovery.
