摘要 本文利用副品红显色 ,采用导数光谱峰高技术对酒中微量甲醇进行定量测定。该方法避免了其它成分的干扰 ,提高了准确度。其甲醇含量在 0— 2 67μg·ml-1间符合朗伯—比耳定律 ,检出限为 0 .0 3 μg·ml-1,用之酒中甲醇的分析 。 A derivative spectrophotometic method is described for the determination of metharol in wine, using negative rose amino benzere anti as Chromophoric. This method has the advantages of being able to eliminaze the interference of other materials and he operated simple and rapidly. Beer's law is obeyed in the range of o^267μg/ml methanol. The detection limit is 0.03μg/ml. The method has been applied to the determination of methanol in wine samples with satisfactory resulty.
