摘要
对现有酒类的各种检测方法进行了研究 ,对其优缺点进行了分析 ,在此基础上提出了一种新的检测方法 ,并且进行了实验研究。因化学反应 ,样品 (酒 )中的组分将会在薄层板上分离 ,甲醇被高锰酸钾氧化成甲醛 ,经显色剂 (品红亚硫酸 )显色 ,用色敏器件 (三色硅 )
Various detecting methods for poisonous fake wine are studied and their advantages and disadvantages are analysed. On the base of these works the paper putsforwarda new detecting method and verifies it by some experiments. After the chemical reaction, components of sampleshould be split on the filmy board,methanolshould be oxidized by potassium permanganateand turn into formaldehydewhich should change its color with sulfurous acid. The change can be detected by sensitive-color device and detecting result can determineif contentof methanolin wine is exceeding the standard. [WT5HZ]
