摘要
在水分胁迫下对 5个不同耐旱性品种小麦幼芽、幼苗中丙二醛 (MDA)含量变化及保护酶、淀粉酶活性进行比较研究得出 ,在水分胁迫下 ,MDA与耐旱性呈负相关。超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)、过氧化氢酶 (CAT)、α -淀粉酶、β -淀粉酶与小麦的耐旱性呈正相关。
MDA contents change, protective enzyme and amylase activities in buds and seedling of 5 wheat varieties of different drought tolerances were studied. MDA contents and drought tolerance under water stress was negatively significant, activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), Catalastase (CAT) and α-amylase, β-amylase and drought tolerance were positively significant.
