摘要
采用不同煤阶煤与二氧化氯作用,通过光学显微实验及亲水性实验共同研究了煤表面性质变化的特征。研究结果表明:煤样经二氧化氯作用后,煤表面不再平滑,出现了刻蚀孔洞,并伴随着新的微裂隙和粗糙度增加,连通性增强;测定了二氧化氯溶液的表面张力小于水的(同等条件下),处理后煤的接触角均有不同程度的降低,特别是沙曲矿焦煤由疏水性转变为亲水性。2个实验具有一定的相关性,共同表明二氧化氯作用下煤样表面改性后具有促使瓦斯渗透、运移及为采煤工作面起到降温、降尘的作用。
By treated of different rank coal with chlorine dioxide, the change characteristics of surface properties of coal is studied by optical microscopic excrement and hydrophilic experiment. The result shows that the surface of coal is not smooth anymore, but appears etching cave, and new mierofractures and roughness increases, connectivity enhances. Determine that the surface tension of chlorine dioxide solution is less than water at the same conditions, the contact angle of coal disposed by chlorine dioxide declined in different de- grees, especially, the eoking coal of Shaqu Mine could be changed from hydrophobic to one hydrophilie. Two experiments have a cer- tain correlation, the result suggests that after surface modification of coal disposed by chlorine dioxide could promote gas permeation and transport to reduce temperature and dust.
