摘要 对活性炭进行氧化改性,用Boehm滴定法、TPD-MS和N2吸附方法对其进行表征,得出活性炭表面含氧官能团的种类和数量,研究含氧官能团对煤基活性炭吸附甲烷性能的影响。Boehm滴定结果表明,改性后活性炭上的含氧官能团含量显著增加,尤其是羧基的含量。采用高斯分峰法对TPD数据进行分析,和Boehm滴定结果一致。N2吸附表明,氧化处理对活性炭的孔分布和比表面积有一定的影响。吸附实验表明改性后活性炭对甲烷的吸附能力明显降低。此外,孔结构的变化对甲烷吸附量的减小起次要作用。 The role of oxygen functional groups in the methane adsorption over the coal-based activated carbon(AC) was studied.The AC was modified by different chemical treatments,and characterized by Boehm titration,TPD-MS and nitrogen adsorption.The results of Boehm titration show that the concentrations of acidic oxygen functional groups on the surface of activated carbon gain with modification,especially the concentration of carboxyl.The result of TPD,which was analyzed by a deconvolution method with a multiple Gaussian function,reveals the increase of oxygen groups on the AC surface after the oxidation treatments.Nitrogen adsorption indicates that the pore distribution over the AC is modified with the oxidation treatment.The methane adsorption capacity of activated carbon with oxidation treatment decreases,which was analyzed from the adsorption isotherm.Meanwhile,the pore size distribution plays a minor role in the decrease of adsorption capacity as well.
