摘要
造成油水井、注水管线、生产管线堵塞的主要是细菌、聚合物等酸不溶物及铁硫化物。常规酸化解堵无效的情况下,采用含有二氧化氯的酸液体系就会取得明显的效果。文中简要叙述了二氧化氯的物理、化学性质及制备方法,并结合油田实例介绍了二氧化氯杀菌,清除铁硫化物及聚合物,解除管线堵塞的原理,完成了二氧化氯解堵室内研究。
The main plugging reasons for oil and water wells,injection and producing pipelines are bacteria and polymer,which belong to acid insolube materials,and some iron sulfides.Under the situation that the conventional acidizing method doesn't work,the acid fluid system with ClO2 will be adopted to remove plugging effectively.In this paper,the physical and chemical properties as well as the preparation of ClO2 have been described.Combining with case study,this paper presents the principles of disinfection,iron sulfide and polymer clearance,pipeline plugging removal of ClO2.Moreover,the experimental research of plugging removal using ClO2 is accomplished.
