摘要
随着中国汽车产业的快速发展,我国模具行业竞争愈加激烈。为了提高生产效率,降低生产成本,各汽车企业不断探索引进国内外先进技术。模块化设计作为代表性技术,已经成为汽车行业的主流。模块化技术的引入能够提高设计质量,提高设计效率。本文基于NX平台,研究了参数化与模块化技术在汽车覆盖件修边模工作部件设计中的具体应用,实现了其参数化、模块化设计,在实际应用中取得了非常好的效益。
With the rapid development of China＇s automobile industry, competmon oi Ult~ mold industry is increasingly fierce. For increasing productivity and reducing production costs, each car companies continue to explore the introduction of foreign advanced technology,The modular design as a representative techniques, has become the mainstream of the automobile industry. The introduction of modular technology can improve the quality of design and improve the design efficiency. This paper studies the modular design of working parts of trimming die for automobile panel based on NX, achieving a very good benefit in practical applications.
