摘要
提出了产品敏捷化设计的基本方法。其主要内容是以产品结构重组为组织基础，以信息集成工具（产品数据管理、产品零部件编码系统）为技术基础的产品现代设计方式，总体目标是缩短产品设计开发周期，降低产品成本，提高企业的快速响应能力和效益。
This paper presents a fundamental method of agile design of products. The base of the method is the Re Engineering of product configuration by using products and parts coding technology supported by the developed software platform.The aim of the system integration is the automation of manufacture and management.With this method the TQCS(Time,Quality, Cost and Service) of production can be greatly improved.
