摘要
目的 :建立大鼠小肠液中替硝唑和酚红的分光光度测定方法。方法 :以 pH 8磷酸盐缓冲液为溶剂 ,采用双波长法在5 5 8nm和 5 70nm测定酚红 ,以多元回归分光光度法在 2 90 ,3 0 0 ,3 18,3 4 0nm测定替硝唑。结果 :替硝唑和酚红的回收率分别为 95 .9%~ 10 0 .2 %和 98.8%~ 10 2 .5 % ,日内精密度与日间精密度均小于 3 .9%。结论 :所建立的方法适用大鼠小肠液中替硝唑和酚红的测定。
OBJECTIVE:To establish a spectrophotometric method for the determination of tinidazole and phenol red in rat small intestine fluid.METHODS:The measurment procedure was carried out using pH 8 phosphate salt buffer as solvent.Phenol red was determined by dual wavelength spectrophotometry at 558 nm and 570 nm. Tinidazole was determined by multiple regression spectrophotometry at 290,300,318 nm and 340 nm.RESULTS:The average recoveries of tinidazole and phenol red were 95.9% ~ 100.2% and 98.8 ~ 102.5% respectively.The within day precision and day to day precision of tinidazole and phenol red were all less than 3.9% .CONCLUSIONS:The established method is suitable for the determination of tinidazole and phenol red in rat small intestine fluid.
