摘要
本文研究了一种新的多组分光光度测定方法即多波长吸光系数倍率差值分光光度法,该法将系数倍率法与多波长数据相结合,可消除共存组分的干扰而选择性地测定待分析物。用于复方雷琐辛涂剂中间苯二酚的测定,苯酚的干扰被消除而毋需任何分离。
A new spectrophotometric method was proposed based on the difference of absor- ptivity coefficient ratios at multi-wavelength.This method was extended from K-ratio dual-wavelength spectrophotometry when combined with multi-wavelength measurements and was employed to estimate the analyte concentration and to eliminate the interference effect,The developed method was applied to assay of resorcinol in mixtures with phenol and in compound during pharmaceutical preparations with no separation.
