摘要
探索和研究基于WEB考核模式的开放教育测评体系,是开放教育为适应新时期的考核需要所做出的重大举措之一,其应用价值主要体现在它的先进性、预期目标、运行条件、预期功能、预期效果等方面,它将现实生活的非结构化引入到开放教育学习评测理论中,更好地适应了开放教育动态、真实的"随到随学、随学随考"的需要,从而为国家开放大学课程考核和测评的建设和发展提供了参考。
Exploring and researching assessment and test system based on WEB mode of examination for open education is one of significant measures for adapting to the examination demands of open education in new period, whose value in application contains mainly advancement, predicted target, operational con- ditions, expected function, desired effects. It draws unstructured life into the learning evaluation theory of open education, to better adapt to the dynamic and real demands of open education for the concept of ＂learning following login＂ and ＂test following learning＂, consequently providing reference for the con- struction and development of curriculum evaluation and assessment of the Open University of China.
