摘要
高职教育从规模扩张转向内涵发展,面临更多的挑战,其中创新学生公寓的管理模式成为重点。本文提出通过精细化管理模式对高职院校的学生公寓进行管理,从构建高职院校学生公寓精细化管理模式的理念、原则及运行条件三个方面来加以探讨。
Higher vocational education is changing from scale expansion into connotative development and thus facing more challenges, of which student apartment management innovation is a key point. This article proposes refined management mode for higher vocational colleges＂ student apartment management. It is discussed from three aspects： concept, principle and operation condition of the construction of higher vocational college student apartment management mode.
