摘要
目的建立新疆阿魏药材HPLC指纹图谱的鉴别方法。方法以Waters XTerra RP18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱为分析柱,流动相为乙腈-0.01%磷酸水,采用梯度洗脱,流速为1.0mL/min,323nm波长下检测,对10个不同批次药材的HPLC指纹图谱进行比对。结果新疆阿魏药材HPLC指纹图谱共有18个共有峰,且具有较高的相似度,平均值为0.980。结论该方法简便,重复性好,特征性强,可用于新疆阿魏药材的鉴别和质量控制。
Objective To establish HPLC fingerprint for the identification of Ferula sinkiangensis K .M . Shen .Method The chromatographic separation was conducted on a Waters XTerra RP18 （250 mm ＆#215; 4.6 mm,5 μm）with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.01% phosphoric acid,gradient eluent at the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min.The UV detection was set at 323 nm.Result By comparing 10 batches of different batches of medicines for HPLC fingerprint,there were 18 mutual peaks with a high degree of similarity（with the average of 0.98）.Conclusion The method is stable and reliable with a good reproducibility and could serve as a reference standard for the identification and quality control of Ferula sinkiangensis K .M.Shen.
