摘要
新疆阿魏是伞形科(Umbelliferae)阿魏属(Ferula L.)植物,其药用部位为切割根或茎产生的乳状树脂,味苦、辛,性温,归脾、胃经,具有消积、化癥、散痞,杀虫等功效,是民族药的最常用药材之一,但由于近年来气候环境变化以及滥采乱挖等因素,使得新疆阿魏资源越来越匮乏。本文从化学成分、药理活性、作用机制、质量控制等方面对新疆阿魏研究现状进行综述,以期能够为更深入地挖掘新疆阿魏的药用价值、扩大阿魏的药用资源等方面提供参考。
Ferula sinkiangensis K.M.Shen,a species of the genus Ferula L.in the family Apiaceae(Umbelliferae),produces a medicinal milky oleoresin through incision of its roots or stems.This resin exhibits a bitter pungent flavor,warm nature,and tropism for the spleen and stomach meridians.It has the efficacy of eliminating stagnation,resolving the symptoms,dispersing plaque,killing insects,etc.,which is one of the most commonly used herbs in folk medicine,but due to the change of climate and environment as well as indiscriminate mining and digging in recent years,it has made the resources of Ferula sinkiangensis more and more scarce.This paper summarizes the current research status of Ferula sinkiangensis from the aspects of chemical composition,pharmacological activity,mechanism of action,quality control,etc.,in order to provide reference for more in-depth excavation of the medicinal value of Ferula sinkiangensis and expansion of the medicinal resources of Ferula.
