摘要
国产化的双面翅片铸铁板式空气预热器,以其优良的抗露点腐蚀性能和良好的传热性能、较低的漏气系数、不易积灰等优点成功取代热管式空气预热器,应用在高压加氢裂化装置反应炉和分馏炉的延期余热回收系统改造,有效地降低排烟温度,提高了2%炉效,减少了瓦斯用量,降低装置能耗,既取得了理想的经济效益,又能保证装置平稳生产。
Heat pipe air preheater has been replaced by domestic cast iron air preheater with double-sided fins because of its advantages of excellent corrosion resistance to dew point,good heat transfer performance,low leakage coefficient,little ash deposition and so on.Such preheater has been applied in the revamp of deferred waste heat recovery system in the reaction furnace and fractionation furnace of high pressure hydrocracking unit.This decreases the smoke exhaust temperature effectively,increases the efficiency of the furnace by 2%and reduces gas amount and energy consumption of the unit,which helps to achieve ideal economic benefits and ensure the stable production of the unit as well.
