摘要
介绍了对整个加热炉系统设计进行能源优化的技术方案,在保证原有加热炉的几何尺寸不变的情况下,优化余热回收技术的设计方案,提高加热炉的负荷,消除了生产装置长周期运行的瓶颈问题。
The technology scheme of energy optimization on heater device was introduced. Without changing the heater geometry size, scheme of recovery remaining heat was optimized to enhance ability of the heater and eliminate the bottleneck problem for long term running of production unit.
