摘要
为了实现新型铸铁板翅空气预热器的防护设计,提出基本的耐腐蚀设计导则,包括工艺及设备选型、选材及结构、开车及操作等方面;优化模块结构的内部热自紧密封设计技术,并通过墙壳内隔热衬里的案例分析说明结构强度安全;制造质量保证技术,强调根据流态分析确定烟气侧最低温度检测点的关键技术。
In order to finish all-around protect design of new east iron plate-fin air pre-heater, according to the corrosion characteristic and design experience, the basic design guide for corrosion resistance is summarized by some cases, such as type of process and equipment, material and structure, startup and oper- ate. Design technology of heat self-seal inside module is set up to optimize module structure, and the case of inside lining for heat insulation of shell wall is analyzed to explain the safety of structure strength. Key technology to choice the survey point of temperature according to hydromechanics analysis is emphasized.
