摘要
目的 探讨依达拉奉联合醒脑静注射液治疗急性脑梗塞的临床疗效及安全性.方法 选择2012-05~2013-05间来我院神经科诊治的急性脑梗塞患者126例,随机分为两组.对照组63例,在神经内科基础治疗上加用醒脑静注射液.治疗组63例,在对照组的基础上静脉滴注依达拉奉,21 d为1疗程.比较两组临床疗效,并分别于治疗前后比较神经功能缺损程度及日常生活能力评分.结果 治疗组总有效率为87.3%,对照组为54.0%,两者比较差异有统计学意义（Z=3.263,P=0.001）.治疗前两组之间神经功能缺损程度及日常生活能力评分比较均无显著性差异（P＞0.05）;治疗前后两组组内比较有显著性差异（P＜0.05）;治疗后两组之间比较有显著性差异（P＜0.05）.结论 依达拉奉联合醒脑静治疗急性脑梗塞,可以提高临床疗效,且安全性高.
Objective To explore clinical curative effect safety of edarawme combined with Xingnaojing injection in treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods 126 patients with cute cerebral infarction from May 2012 to May 2013 in the hospital were selected and divided into observation and control groups randomly. 63 patients in the control group were treated with basic treatment in Nerve Department of In- ternal Medicine and Xingnaojing injection. 63 patients in the observation group were treated with edaravone on the basis of the control group. After a three weeks＇ course of treatment the clinical curative, European stroke scale （ESS）, activity of daily living scale （ADL） and adverse reaction incidence were compared between the two groups. Results The effective rate in the control group and the observation group was 87.3% and 54.0% respectively. There was significant difference between the control and the observation group about the clinical treatment effect （Z = 3. 263, P = 0.001 ）. About ESS and ADL there were no significant differences before treatment between two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. While after treatment there were significant differences （ P 〈 0.05 ）. There were significant differences between before and af- ter treatment in two groups respectively （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The therapy of Edaravone combined with Xingnaojing injection in treat- ment of acute cerebral infarction can improve the clinical efficacy and is in high safety.
