摘要
目的:观察醒脑静注射液对急性脑梗塞患者意识水平及神经功能障碍的影响。方法:随机分组,选择急性脑梗死80例,治疗组40例,应用醒脑静注射液;对照组40例,应用复方丹参注射液。治疗14d后分别观察患者的疗效、意识状态和神经功能改善情况。结果:治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:醒脑静注射液治疗急性脑梗死疗效好。
Objective: To observe the effects of Xingnaojing Injection on patients of acute cerebral infarction in their mental level and disturbance of nervous function. Method: 80 cases of acute cerebral infarction were randomized into two groups: 40 cases of treatment group treated by Xingnaojing Injection, and 40 cases of control group treated by Compound Prescription of Danshen Injection. 14 days later, the observations were made on the effects of the two methods, the patients mental status and nervous function. Result: The result showed the effect of treatment group was much better than that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Xingnaojing Injection is markedly effective in treating acute cerebral infarction.
