摘要
目的探讨醒脑静联合依达拉奉对急性脑梗塞患者血清相关因子水平的影响。方法将2018年12月至2019年10月我院急诊科接收的64例急性脑梗塞患者随机分为两组,各32例。对照组给予依达拉奉治疗,观察组在此基础上联合醒脑静治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组的TNF-α、IL-8、IL-6、CRP水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的SOD、MDA、D-二聚体水平及PT、APTT均优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的NIHSS评分低于对照组,GCS评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论醒脑静联合依达拉奉能有效改善急性脑梗塞患者的血流动力学指标,降低血清炎性因子水平以及氧化应激水平,改善患者凝血功能,减轻神经功能障碍。
Objective To explore the effect of Xingnaojing combined with edaravone on serum related factors levels in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 64 patients with acute cerebral infarction enrolled in the emergency department of our hospital from December 2018 to October 2019 were randomly divided into two groups,with32 cases in each group.The control group was treated with edaravone,and the observation group was treated with Xingnaojing on this basis.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the levels of TNF-α,IL-8,IL-6 and CRP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of SOD,MDA,D-dimer,PT and APTT in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,NIHSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and GCS score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xingnaojing combined with edaravone can effectively improve the hemodynamic indexes of patients with acute cerebral infarction,reduce the levels of serum inflammatory factors and oxidative stress,improve the coagulation function of patients,and reduce the neurological dysfunction.
