摘要
目的探讨氨溴索辅助治疗小儿肺炎的临床疗效。方法将我院收治的186例小儿肺炎患儿随机分为两组,每组各93例,对照组采取常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上辅助应用氨溴索注射液静脉滴注,比较两组患者治疗后临床体征消失时间、住院时间,并评价临床疗效。结果观察组咳嗽、气急、肺部罗鸣音消失时间分别为(4.35±1.08)d、(2.81±0.83)d、(4.07±1.13)d,均明显短于对照组,两组比较差异显著(P<0.01);观察组住院时间为(5.05±1.19)d,明显短于对照组,两组比较差异显著(P<0.01);观察组总有效率为96.77%,对照组为82.80%,观察组明显高于对照组,两组比较差异显著(P<0.01)。结论氨溴索辅助治疗小儿肺炎疗效显著,能迅速缓解患儿的临床体征,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Ambroxol adjuvant treatment of children with pneumonia. Methods 186 cases of children with pneumonia admitted to the hospital were randomly divided into two groups, with 93 cases in each group. The observation group was significantly higher the control group, with significant difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Ambroxol adjuvant treatment of children with pneumonia has a significant effect, can quickly relieve the clinical signs, and is worthy of clinical application.
