摘要
目的探讨小儿咳喘灵颗粒联合氨溴索口服液辅助治疗支气管肺炎疗效。方法选择支气管肺炎患儿130例,对照组65例给予氨溴索口服液,治疗组65例在对照组基础上采用小儿咳喘灵颗粒口服,7 d后评价疗效。结果治疗组有效率为89.2%;对照组有效率为66.2%,差异有显著性(P<0.01);治疗组退热时间(2.62±1.49)d,咳止时间(3.13±1.83)d,喘止时间(2.16±0.83)d,啰音消失时间(3.15±0.53)d;对照组退热时间(3.86±1.57)d,咳止时间(5.79±2.44)d,喘止时间(3.53±0.87)d,啰音消失时间(4.06±0.84)d,差异均有显著性(P<0.01)。结论小儿咳喘灵颗粒联合氨溴索口服液辅助治疗支气管肺炎疗效确切。
Objective To observe the effect of the efficacy of ambroxol oral liquid, combined with Xiaoerkechuanling granules in treatment of bronchopneumonia. Methods A total of 130 children with bronchopneumonia were selected. 65 patients in control group were treated with ambroxol oral liquid, 65 patients in observation group were treated with Xi- aoerkechuanling granules on the basis of control group, and therapeutic effects in two groups were evaluated after 7days. Results In the treatment group, the effective rate was 89.2%, while in the control group, the effective rate was 66.2%. There was significant difference in therapeutic effect between two groups （P〈O.01）. In the treatment group, the defervescence time were （2.62±1.49） days, the time of stopping cough were （3.13±1.83） days, and the time of stopping wheezing were（2.16±0.83） days, the disappearing time of rales were（3.15±0.53）days, while in the control group, the de- fervescence time were （3.86±1.57） days, the time of stopping cough were （5.79±2.44） days, and the time of stopping wheezing were（3.53±0.87） days, the disappearing time of rales were（4.06±0.84） days. There were significant differences between two groups （P〈0.01）. Conclusion It has a definite therapeutic effect of ambroxol oral liquid combined with Xi- aoerkechuanling granules in treatment ot[ bronchopneumonia.
