摘要
基于原型模板的拓扑优化结果和材料力学的抗弯截面模量原理,提出由工字梁交叉叠加而成的工字型模板是追求高刚性的最佳拓扑结构,并修正了经典文献中的挠度计算方法。工字型模板设计理念已在海天塑机的主流机型上得到应用,实现了节省材料、降低成本的经济效益。
On the basis of the topological optimization result of platens and section modulus theory from mechanics of materials, the I-beam platens and its deflection calculation method were presented as the most rigid topology. This design concept had been applied to the major injection molding machines of Haitian Group, and obtained good economical benefit.
