注塑机模板的有限元-拓扑优化设计研究 被引量:12

摘要 采用先进的有限元-拓扑优化方法,应用Hyperworks软件对注射机移动模板进行结构静力分析,准确获得应力分布,并按照变密度法对其进行结构优化,提出了移动模板材料的最佳分布方案,不仅提高产品设计刚度,还达到结构轻量化的目标。该分析及优化过程对目前应用较广的箱式模板设计具有重要的工程参考价值,能有效地解决工程设计中的实际问题。 By means of finite element-topological optimization method, firstly, the structure static analysis for the moving platen of injection molding machine was analyzed with Hyperworks software. The stress distributions were obtained veraciously, and then the structure of the moving platen was optimized according to the variable density method. The best scheme of material distribution was proposed. The design stiffness of the product was improved; the aim of lightweight for the structure was also achieved, The process of the analysis and optimizing had important engineering reference value for the design of box-platen which had a wide application at present, and it could solve practical engineering design problem efficiently.
