摘要
对包装工程中常用的塑料加工机械，如液压机、中空吹塑机、注塑机等的结构和使用范围进行了简要的介绍，并对这些机械中的主要部件“导柱”的受力情况进行了分析，列出了强度的验算公式，分析了导柱在使用中容易出现断裂的原因及补救的方法。
In this paper. the construction and field of application of common use plastic proccssing machines in packaging engineering,such as hydraulic press machines bolw molding machines and injection machines are introduced briefly, furthermore, stress force analysis of guide column which is an important part of these machines has been studied. Strength checking formula for guide column has been given out, and causes of break failure of guide column have been analyzed and method of remedial measure has been introduced.
