摘要
:在TC4合金和 6 0 #钢表面进行了激光熔覆NiCrBSi涂层的试验 ,利用扫描电镜和X射线衍射仪等对激光熔覆层的组织、成分和物相进行了分析 ,测试了激光熔覆层的显微硬度。结果表明 ,激光熔覆层在微观结构上存在熔覆区、结合区、基体热影响区三个区域。在TC4合金表面熔覆区中出现了TiB2 、TiC等新相 ,其显微硬度在HV90 0~ 110 0之间 ,明显于 6 0 #钢表面熔覆区的显微硬度 (HV80 0~ 90 0 )。
Laser cladding was performed on the surface of TC4 alloy and 60 # steel with NiGrBSi powders.Microstructures,compositions and phases of clad layers were analyzed using scanning electron microscopy,and X ray diffractometer.Microhardness in the cladding layers was measured.The results show that microstructure of clad layers comprises three zones as cladding,bonding and heat affecting zone.New phases of TiB 2 and TiC exist in the clad zone of TC4 alloy.The microhardness of clad zone of TC4 alloy is HV900~1100 which is remarkably higher than that of 60 # steel(HV800~900)。
