激光熔凝对高速火焰喷涂硬质合金层组织及性能的影响 被引量:1

Influence of Laser Melting on Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of High Velocity Oxy-fuel Sprayed Cemented Carbide Coatings

摘要 用5 kW连续CO2激光器对预喷涂有硬质合金层的普通碳钢进行激光熔凝处理,用奥林巴斯GX51金相显微镜观察显微组织结构,用HXS-1000TAY显微硬度计测试熔层由表及里的硬度分布。结果表明:激光熔凝能细化喷涂层组织,熔层中硬质相呈弥散分布,熔层硬度较基材明显提高且分布均匀,这对提高耐磨性有利。 Laser melting treatment was performed on the high velocity oxy-fuel sprayed cemented carbide coatings with a 5 kW continuous wave CO: Laser. The microstructure was analyzed by Olympus GX51 microscope, and the microhardness from surface to inside was measured by HXY-1000TAY micro-hardness meter. The results show that laser melting treatment can refine the microstructure of spraying coatings, and the hard phase of the laser melted layer distributes dispersedly. The microhardness of the laser melted layer is much higher than the substrate and distributes homogeneously, which are favorable to the enhancement of wear resistance.
