摘要
利用扫描电镜和能谱仪对TC4合金表面激光熔覆WC12Co熔覆区的组织和成分进行了研究。结果表明,激光熔覆区表层组织为多边形的大颗粒WC和其间分布的细小的树枝晶;熔覆区次表层为发达的树枝晶和颗粒状组织;熔覆区的中部组织很不均匀,为粗细不等的树枝晶和颗粒状组织;熔覆区的底部为细小的颗粒状组织。
The microstructure and compositions of laser clad zone of WC 12Co on TC4 were investigated using SEM and energy spectrometer. The results show that,in the microstructure of clad layers,polygonal large WC particles are distributed in the fine fir tree crystals. The upper portion of melting zone is comprise of large fir tree crystal and grains, the centre portion is heterogeneous distribution fir tree crystal and grains,and bottom portion is fine grains.
