摘要
目的探讨在绩效考核支撑下,护士实行岗位管理的方法及效果。方法根据医院临床需要制定护士分级框架,分析设置护士岗位,确定岗位资格标准,制定岗位职责,并建立与之相匹配的绩效考核分配方案。结果实施岗位管理及绩效考核后护士差错及患者投诉明显减少,护士及患者满意度上升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护士岗位管理必须以绩效考核为支撑,才能显著提高护士工作积极性,增加护士主观能动性,有效提高护理质量及患者满意度。这种管理模式应在不断完善中深入开展。
Objective This essay intends to have a tentative analysis about the methods and effects of nurse post management under the policy of performance assessment. Methods The hospital has set up different nurse posts according to different job responsi-bilities and established a matched performance assessment system. Results After implementation of post management and performance evaluation,both nurses' errors and patients' complaints were reduced and both nurses' and patients' satisfaction were increased (P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion The nurse post management must take the performance appraisal to support,which can promote nurses' initiatives and increase their nursing qualities and patients' satisfaction. Also, the pattern of nurses' post management should be perfected in the practice.
