摘要
目的构建一套基于岗位胜任力的儿科N1级护士培训大纲,为规范该层级护士岗位培训提供科学依据。方法以胜任力理论为指导,以儿科N1级护士的岗位需求为导向,采用德尔菲法进行两轮专家咨询。结果确立的大纲包括6大培训项目和72项培训内容,并确立了培训目标和学时。结论构建的儿科N1级护士培训大纲,具有较好的科学性、实用性和可操作性,为护士培训提供参考。
Objective To establish a set of competence based level - nl nurse training syllabus in Department of Pediatrics to provide scientific evidence for the standard training of nurses. Method Using competency theory as guidance, and the post re- quirements of level - nl nurse as orientation, two rounds of expert consultation were performed by Delphi method. Result The established training syllabus included 6 training items, 72 training contents, and the training objectives and hours were estab- lished. Conclusion The established level - nl nurse training syllabus in Department of Pediatrics had good scientificity, practi- cability and maneuverability, which provided reference for nurses training.
