摘要
目的探讨双源CT对冠脉疾病的诊断价值。方法用西门子双源CT机对老年组278例,中年组300例患者进行冠状动脉双源CT扫描,并对图像及结果进行分析。结果中年组和老年组狭窄血管的检出率分别为8.5%和21.67%,对心肌桥的检出率分别为19.33%和14.03%。结论双源CT对老年高危人群进行筛查意义重大。
Objective To explore the clinic value of dual source computed tomography （DSCT）in coronary artery disease. Methods DSCT was used to examine 278 elder patients （ elder patient group） and 300 middle-age patients （ control group）. The images and clinical data were statistically analyzed. Results The detection rate of coronary stenoses was 8. 5% in the older group and 21.67% in the control group. The detection rate of myocardial bridge was 19. 33% in the older group and 14. 03% in the control group. Conclusion DSCT has a great screening value for elderly population with high-risk of cardiovascular diseases.
