左冠状动脉起源于右冠状动脉窦一例

摘要 患者女,63岁,主因发作性心悸、胸闷10余年,再发加重4 d,为进一步明确诊断于2012年1月13日入住我院.患者近10年来间断出现心悸、胸闷症状,偶伴烧灼感,无明显胸痛,情绪激动时诱发,平时一般活动无发作,每次持续20 min至半小时不等,曾在某外院诊断为'冠心病-心绞痛',间断口服'阿司匹林片、异山梨酯、美托洛尔'等药物治疗,症状仍有发作.4 d来因与家人生气上述症状再发,较前发作频繁且性质严重,故来我院.既往史:'高血压'病史多年,长期口服'利舍平'等降压药物,未监测血压.否认糖尿病史,无食物及药物过敏史,无烟酒嗜好.家族中其母亲5年前因'冠心病'猝死.
