摘要
目的:探讨宁夏中宁盛果期枸杞叶对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法 :枸杞叶水煎剂低剂量组5 g·kg-1·d-1灌胃给药,枸杞叶水煎剂高剂量组10 g·kg-1·d-1灌胃给药,模型对照组以生理盐水25 mg·kg-1·d-1灌胃,连续灌胃9 d,在灌胃后第2天及第5天,分别给3组小鼠腹腔内注射抗原——10%绵羊红细胞(SRBC)混悬液0.5 mL,约1×108个红细胞;于第10天自股A采血,取血清测定T淋巴细胞转化试验;并处死解剖取其免疫器官(胸腺及脾脏)称其重量;进行ANAE染色,计算T淋巴细胞ANAE细胞百分率和T淋巴细胞的转化率。结果 :枸杞叶水煎剂可使小鼠胸腺和脾脏的重量显著增加,小鼠T淋巴细胞ANAE活性显著增强,小鼠T淋巴细胞转化率也有明显提高。结论:宁夏中宁盛果期枸杞叶具有增强小鼠体液免疫及细胞免疫的能力。
Objective : To study the effects of lyeium barbaruml leaf of Ningxia transformed products on the immune function of mice. Methods : Model control group mice were given physiological saline 25 mg · kg^-1 · d^-1. Chinese wolflaerry leaves water decoction with low dosage(5 g·kg-1·d^-1) and high dosage (10 g·kg-1·d^-1) were given respectively for 9 days. On 2 d and 5 d, antigen-10% sheep red blood cells ( SRBC ) suspension 0.5 mL was injected with about 1 × 10^8 red blood cell. On 10 d, the blood was taken out from the femoral artery and the thymus and spleen were taken to detect the weight of immune organs. By ANAE dyeing, T lymphocyte ANAE cell percentage and T lymphocyte conversion rate were calculated. Results: Chinese wolfberry leaves water decoction can make mouse thymus and spleen weight and the activity of T lymphocyte increase significantly, and promote the proliferation of mice splenic lymphoeytes. Conclusion: Chinese wolfberry leaves water decoction has positive effect on both humoral immune function and cellular immunity function of mice.
