摘要
目的观察青海枸杞叶提取物对小鼠耐缺氧作用的影响。方法分别用不同剂量的青海枸杞叶提取物灌胃处理小鼠,1次/天,连续10天,然后测定各组小鼠常压缺氧存活时间和血浆总SOD活性及全脑和心的MDA含量。结果不同剂量的青海枸杞叶提取物均能显著延长小鼠的缺氧存活时间,增加血浆总SOD活性(与对照组比较P<0.05)。而全脑和心的MDA含量无显著性变化。结论青海枸杞叶提取物能明显增强机体的耐缺氧能力。
Objective To observe the effects of Qinghai Lycium Barbariuum Leaves extracts on hypoxia tolerance in mice. Methods The mice induced by alloxan and were extract in Oinghai Lycium Barbariuum Leaves of different doses respectively for 10 days. Then, the survival times of acute hypoxia were counted and the level of MDA in the cerebral and the heart, the activity of SOD in the blood were determined. Results The survival times of hypoxia in mice were markedly prolonged, the activity of SOD in blood were markedly increased by Oinghai Lycium Barbariuum Leaves extracts ( compared with normal saline group P 〈 0. 05 ) . Conclusion Oinghai Lycium Barbariuum Leaf extracts has a remarkable effects on enhancing the tolerances of anti - hypoxia in bodies.
