摘要
地理信息系统与国际互联网结合形成的互联网地理信息系统（WebGIS）是目前地理信息系统发展的一个重要方向。文章在分析了当今WebGIS的开发技术之后，提出了基于Java技术的全新WebGIS构架设计，并简要介绍了已实现的WebGIS原型系统实例。
： The combination of Geographical Information System（GIS）and Internet forms WebGIS.WebGIS is one of the most promising fields of GIS＇s.Focuses on it，with the analysis of the common developing techniques of WebGIS，this paper addresses a new WebGIS architecture based on the Java technologies.And a prototype system of WebGIS is introduced．
