胎儿心腔内高回声结构后方彩色多普勒闪烁伪像的超声观察及临床意义 被引量：2

摘要 以往国内外许多学者对产科常规超声检查中常发现的胎儿心腔内高回声结构（intracardiac hyperechogenic focus，ICEF）做过多方面的系统研究，发现ICEF与胎儿染色体异常综合征（13-三体及21-三体综合征）相关联，有研究认为超声检出单纯心腔内ICEF提示胎儿伴发心脏结构或功能异常的风险加大。
