超声造影及弹性成像技术在乳腺肿瘤诊断的现状与进展 被引量:38

摘要 乳腺癌是女性最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,如能早期诊断,将有助于患者的预后。超声造影(contrast-enhanced ultra-sound,CEUS)及超声弹性成像(ultrasonic elastography,UE)作为近年来超声的新技术,可以提高对乳腺良恶性肿瘤的早期诊断和鉴别诊断。文中着重以超声造影及超声弹性成像技术在乳腺肿瘤早期诊断中的应用价值及进展作一综述。 Breast cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in women. The early detection is crucial for the progno- sis. Contrast-enhanced ultrasound and ultrasonic elastogTaphy, as a new ultrasound technique in recent years, can differentiate breast' s benign tumor from malignant tumor, and make diagnosis earlier and more exactly. This review focuses on application and development of contrast-enhanced ultrasound and ultrasound elastography in the early diagnosis of breast tumor.
