摘要 闪烁伪像是彩色多普勒血流显像中强反射物质后方显示快速变化的红蓝相嵌的彩色信号，其临床应用范围日益广泛，已由单纯结石诊断扩展到相关临床诊断与治疗领域，应用价值不断提高。1996年Rahmouni等首次对闪烁伪像进行了描述。与涡流信号相似，
