文化嵌入、契约治理与企业创新行为的关系研究——来自温州民营企业的实证检验 被引量:16

The relationship among cultural embeddedness,contractual governance and innovation behaviors:evidence from Wenzhou private enterprises

摘要 基于温州民营企业的问卷调查数据,实证探究了企业文化嵌入、契约治理及企业创新行为之间的关系。研究结果表明:文化嵌入中的冒险精神、合作精神、成就欲望维度直接与创新决策限制显著负相关,情感信任与创新决策限制之间呈现U型关系;契约治理在冒险精神与创新决策限制之间以及成就欲望与创新决策限制之间均起到反向调节作用,并在情感信任与创新决策限制之间的U型关系中起到正向调节作用。上述结论有助于加速实现契约治理与关系治理的协同配合,构建适合地域文化特质的创新行为促进策略。 Based on survey data from Wenzhou private enterprises,this study explores the relationship between cultural embeddedness and firm innovation behaviors,and the moderated effects of contractual governance on the above relationships.Research results show that adventurous spirit,cooperation spirit and achievement of desire have significantly negative effect on decision making constraint,emotional trust presents an U relationship with decision making constraint.Meanwhile,contractual governance negatively moderates the relationship between adventurous spirit and decision making constraint,as well as the relationship between achievement of desire and decision making constraint,while contractual governance positively moderates the U relationship between emotional trust and decision making constraint.The theoretical implications are conductive to engage coordinated governance system with relational and contractual governance based on the distinctive quality of local culture.
