摘要
研制的海底 X射线荧光探测系统是以新型电致冷 Si- PIN半导体探测器为 X射线探测器 ,以放射性同位素源为 X射线荧光激发源 ,在无液氮冷却条件下 ,能够实现对水底沉积物的原位测量 ,且一次测量可同时完成 5种以上 ,甚至多达十余种元素的定性、定量测定。其检出限可达 (10~ 2 0 0 )× 10 - 6 ,分析精度可达 2 %~ 10 %。
This paper introduces a new X ray fluorescence probe for in situ determining the concentration of multi elements in ocean sediments. The probe consists of Si Pin X ray detector with an electro thermal colder, two isotope sources, essential electrical signal processing units and a notebook computer. More than 10 elements can be simultaneously determined at a detection limit of (10~200)×10 -6 and precision of 5%~30% without liquid Nitrogen supply. Tests show that the probe can perform the analytical tasks under the water at the depth of less than 1000 meters.
