摘要
目的:调查慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者的健康行为及影响因素。方法:采用一般资料问卷、健康行为量表、自我效能感量表及社会支持评定量表,对山西省某3所"三甲"医院的110例COPD患者进行调查。结果 :COPD患者的健康行为总分为(112.47±12.56)分,得分率为54.58%,在压力应对、自我实现维度的行为较差;分层回归分析结果显示,自我效能、文化程度、对支持的利用度是COPD患者健康行为的影响因素。结论:针对不同文化程度的COPD患者应针对性地加强其自我效能和对支持的利用度,以提高健康行为。
Objective：To investigate the health behavior and its influencing factors among old patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease （COPD）. Methods：A total of 110 COPD patients from three Grade III hospitals in Shanxi were investigated with a demographic questionnaire, Health-Promoting Lifestyle Profile, General Self-efficacy Scale and Social Support Rating Scale. Results：The mean score of health behavior was （112.47±12.56）, the overall score rate was 54.58%, and the scores of coping with stress and self-realization were low. Hierarchichal regression analysis showed that self-efifcacy, educational level and availability of social support were inlfuencing factors of health behavior of old COPD patients. Conclusions：Some interventions designed for COPD patients with different educational levels and aimed to improve self-efifcacy and availability of social support may increase the health behavior of old COPD patients.
