摘要
目的：探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）患者健康行为状况与自我护理能力的相关性。方法：采用自我护理能力量表（ESCA）和健康行为量表（HPL）对2006年1～12月在我院呼吸科住院的80例COPD患者进行调查。结果：COPD患者自我护理能力和健康行为自评得分分别为93．06±16．23分和116．56±22．45分，患者自我护理能力和健康行为呈正相关（均为P〈0．01）。结论：在设计和实施护理干预措施时，应重视提高病人自我护理知识和技能，提高自我护理能力，使其采取健康行为，进而改善病人的生活质量。
Objective： To explore the relationship betwee self - nursing ability and health behavior in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD）. Methods： 80 in -patients were selected from Jan 2006 to Dec 2006, and ESCA and HPL were used to assess the self - nursing ability and health behavior . Results： The score of self- nursing ability and health behavior of patients with COPD were 93.06±16.23 and 116.56±22.45 respectively, the self - nursing ability of patient with COPD was in positive correlation with its health behavior. Conclusion： When desiging nursing intervention measure and putting it in to practice,it must be important to advance the self nursing knowledge and skill of patients, to elevate their self nursing ability, to encourage health behavior,and try to improve their qualitv of life.
